After enjoying two {cold} snow days at home we didn’t have any trouble coming up with something to write about today. First we read The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats, which is about a little boy who wakes up to find that snow has fallen overnight. We follow him along on an adventure as he discovers all of the things he can do in the snow. Next we made our own Snowy Day picture just like the one from the story. Then we wrote about the exciting things we did in the snow.
Here’s a peek at a few of our final projects that are hanging in the hallway. Aren’t they cute???
